Currently Oranga Tamariki is seeking to appoint a Recruitment Manager to its people and culture team: its desired future is one where they demonstrate that people matter, and that its vision cannot be realised without them. To this end, they are looking for an exceptional recruitment leader to oversee the seamless delivery of their talent attraction and selection function. Reporting to the General Manager Human Resources, they will ensure OT’s overarching strategy is reflected in the way they attract, select and retain staff.
Preferred candidates for this role will have strong leadership skills, particularly in supporting people in a context of change. An ability to build broad and influential internal networks will also be important, as is the ability to oversee a busy operational team, identifying and delivering operational improvements where appropriate.
