About The Role:
A senior position as a member of the Commercial team and reporting directly to the General Manager Commercial, the Strategy and Business Development Manager leads the company’s strategic planning function – the “MPowered future” and provides a wide range of commercial support to the business.

About the Company:
MainPower New Zealand Limited owns and operates the electricity distribution network across North Canterbury. They have been distributing electricity to the North Canterbury region for around 100 years and deliver electricity to over 42,000 homes and businesses via 5,166 kilometres of overhead lines and underground cables, across a geographic area of 11,180 square kilometres. Their network area spans from north of the Waimakariri River, through the Waimakariri and Hurunui districts to Kaikōura.
