It's in our
DNA

Sheffield was founded in 1961 as New Zealand’s first organisational psychology and executive recruitment practice.

We pioneered the use of assessment templates for predicting leadership performance and have been a leading practice in this space ever since.

Research-based, professionally executed psychometric assessment is the foundation of an impactful leadership development programme.

Research based,
proven tools

Sheffield has access to a wide range of research based, globally proven assessment tools to match the specific requirements of any position or development requirements.

Our dedicated team of psychologists will provide you with deep insights into the performance potential and preferred working style of candidates.

Comparison to norm groups

Norming in psychometric assessments involves establishing a reference population to interpret test scores. This process ensures that scores are meaningful by comparing them to a standardised group. With our assessments, Sheffield can use a variety of norm groups based on a wide range of international / New Zealand population groups such as Senior Managers and Executives, Managers and Professionals, Mixed Occupational group and Graduates. These diverse norm groups help in making precise and meaningful interpretations based on assessment results, relevant to the role being considered.
