Business Experience
Ian Taylor headed the executive search and organisational performance practices of Sheffield before becoming Managing Director in 1999. Before joining the human resources sector, he worked in education both in New Zealand and internationally for a period of 11 years.
Ian has 31 years recruiting experience at chief executive and senior management levels. Further to this, he has facilitated and led board evaluation and CEO review processes. Ian has project management experience in the local government, education and health sectors and has facilitated competency assessments for middle and senior managers in large organisations. He has advised in various areas of leadership and organisational development, and coached senior executives in leadership strategies and behaviour.
