Rachael joined the Sheffield team in 2022, bringing with her a breadth of practical experience in Recruitment and Career Transition consulting spanning 15 years.
Originally from a Sport and Recreation background, a personal career pivot saw her spend 6 years as an IT recruiter in both agency and inhouse roles in Wellington, before pivoting again into Outplacement Consulting.
With a genuine passion for helping people, Rachael’s real-world personal and professional experiences puts her in a unique position to help guide others through their own career journey.
Outside of work, Rachael is a keen DIY’er, enjoys geneology (in particular, learning about her Lebanese ancestry), and spending time with her young son.
Rachael has provided facilitation, assessment and personal career coaching services to actively support a wide range of clients at all levels from organisations, in both the public and private sector. She is also a certified Transformational Coach.
