Julie joined Sheffield in March 2012. Her focus is primarily on the South Island Assessment practice.

Business Experience

Julie has an extensive commercial business background.  She leads the Christchurch Assessment practice delivering a range of assessment services supporting the Executive Search Team.

In her previous role at Sheffield, she supported the business as a Senior Research Consultant, specialising in search assignments for Chief Executives, Independent Board Directors, and senior management across both private and public sectors.

Julie has more than 20 years’ experience leading teams in various marketing and management positions in national and multi-national organisations across Media, Oil, Telecommunications and Manufacturing sectors. She brings to her work a sound understanding of strategic practice, professionalism, initiative, and commercial acumen.

She has completed a Bachelor of Commerce at Victoria University, Wellington and more recently additional papers towards a Graduate Diploma in Management from Canterbury University, in areas of personal interest. She has previously lived and worked in Wellington, Auckland and Melbourne.
