Bridget Winstone-Kight is an Associate at Sheffield based in Auckland. She brings over twenty years of experience across law, private equity, investment and organisational development. She works with leaders and organisations to strengthen strategy, structure and people performance.

Business Experience 

Bridget has a distinctive background that combines legal expertise, commercial acumen and deep experience in human capital. She began her career as an employment lawyer before moving into private equity and investment, where she managed M&A activity, post-acquisition workforce transformation and board directorships. She went on to lead organisational development work at PwC, covering structural, cultural and leadership transformation, human capital strategy and risk management. 

Her work at Sheffield sits within the leadership development space. She partners with boards, senior leadership teams and their people to improve structure, process and performance. She is an accredited executive and team coach and a certified change practitioner. Her approach is commercial, direct and analytically rigorous. 

Bridget is a Director of Yachting New Zealand, where she chairs the Governance, People & Culture Committee. She captains the New Zealand Masters hockey team, and the values of focus, discipline and teamwork that come with high performance sport are evident in the way she works with clients.
