Sheffield is thrilled to announce the appointment of Rachel Wells to Head of Culture & Transformation for Lyttelton Port Company.

This newly created position is pivotal in supporting the development and execution of Port wide initiatives aimed at continued cultural transformation following a recent workplace review.

Rachel is a highly skilled People, Change and Organisational Development leader with more than 20+ years of experience across New Zealand and Australia, in both the private and public sector, working across a range of diverse industries in both a consulting and permanent capacity, including Financial Services, FMCG, Telecommunications, Defence, Infrastructure, Manufacturing and Health.
