I’m very pleased to be able to announce three new appointments to our growing consulting team in Sheffield’s Auckland office.

It is a great testament to the business that two of these are returning Sheffieldians.

Rebecca Jamieson initially worked at Sheffield as a recruitment consultant before embarking on a career in marketing/communications/public relations.

For the last six years she has been a Managing Associate at a global human capital consulting firm responsible for end to end executive search processes. These have been across a range of sectors, servicing Australasian and global clients. Rebecca has graduate qualifications in political science and a Post Graduate Diploma in Communication and Public Relations. She joins us on May 31.

Neil Munro returns to Sheffield with a broad workforce solutions background and specialisations in executive search and, talent and career management.

He has held national executive responsibility in large consulting firms with specific responsibility for business development and subsequent project delivery.

Neil has professional qualifications in accounting.

Alice Raumer joins our organisation development team with a background in organisation psychology and talent development. Her post graduate study in organisational and social psychology, and initial consulting roles, were in Italy.

In New Zealand her senior consulting roles have been primarily in the digital/IT and financial advisory sectors. These have included project work in developing learning pathways and coaching and mentoring around ‘best practice’ for both recruitment and development. She has also been active in providing wellbeing counselling support to employees.

We are very excited about the wealth of consulting and business experience that Rebecca, Neil and Alice will bring to the range of our HR and leadership advisory services.

Welcome to all three!
