We are delighted to be celebrating the 10th Work Anniversary of both Julie Black and Nicola Young and are so proud to acknowledge this milestone of two such valued members of our whānau.

Julie originally joined Sheffield as a Research Consultant but has since extended her multitude of talents and currently leads the Christchurch Assessment practice, delivering a range of assessment services both supporting the Executive Search Team and directly to clients.

Julie attributes her 10 years with Sheffield to “Fun, laughter and friendship, coupled with interesting work, clients and candidates.”

Nicola knows the Sheffield South Island office back to front, starting as Personal Assistant to Executive Director Mike Stenhouse, and, after taking a break to start a family, she returned to a variety of roles across the business.

Nicola currently works from our Christchurch office as our National Advertising Administrator, playing an integral part in all of our Search and Selection assignments, responsible for the timely and accurate placement of client advertising across a range of digital channels:

“Sheffield has always been for me such an enjoyable place to work - the friendships, fun and laughter over the years are what make our culture the great one that it is and has kept me here all this time. “

We are delighted to celebrate this milestone with you both Nicola and Julie and look forward to sharing many more years ahead.
