  • New Governance Position
  • Experienced Chair Required
  • Exposure to High Growth Technology Companies

About The Role:

The following specific experience is sought:

  • Audit and risk, strong financial and commercial acumen, ideally in a publicly listed setting
  • Experience with start-up high growth technology companies
  • Relevant commercial and functional experience in scale manufacturing, marketing, sales and international market expansion
  • Experience with capital raising
  • A highly collaborative ‘influencing’ style and ability to work well with founders
  • Ideally, knowledge of global manufacturing and the distribution of high technology products.

The board meets ten times a year in Christchurch. This is a well remunerated appointment.

MBI is committed to encouraging diversity and inclusivity within the technology sector. If you are an experienced chair and committed to the future of one of New Zealand's most exciting medical global innovators, we would like to hear from you.
