Chartered Accounting firm PKF Withers Tsang (PKF) Auckland is seeking a dynamic and commercially astute Salaried or Equity Partner to join its growing Business Advisory Services (BAS) team.

The firm is currently experiencing strong demand for business advisory services and is seeking to expand its capability in this area.
About the Role
As a key leadership member of the 10-strong BAS team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of PKF’s advisory practice.
This position is ideal for a senior professional ready to step into a Salaried Partner role with a clear pathway to Equity Partnership within 1-2 years, or for an experienced Equity Partner seeking a new challenge in an innovative and ambitious environment.
You will:
- Lead and grow PKF Auckland’s advisory services offering, with a focus on mid-market clients.
- Ideally bring deep IFRS expertise, supporting clients with complex financial reporting needs.
- Actively engage in business development, leveraging your network to attract new clients and opportunities.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of compliance-focused accountants, enhancing their client-facing and advisory capabilities.
- Contribute to the strategic leadership of the firm.
About You
Successful candidates will have:
- A proven track record in business advisory services, ideally from a mid-sized CA environment.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with a passion for mentoring and team development.
- Ideally strong IFRS technical knowledge with practical application experience.
- Demonstrated success in client acquisition and fee generation.
- A collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in building long-term client relationships.
