Reporting to the General Manager and Managing Partner this role will work across all work sites of the business (Christchurch, Kaiapoi, Greymouth) with key responsibilities as follows:

  • Provide sound generalist operational HR advice across the business.
  • Own and implement the HR Strategy – working collaboratively with the Partnership.
  • Develop and implement key OD initiatives, including the HRIS and Induction process.
  • Coach and provide assistance to Partners and their teams.
  • Develop and lead HR infrastructure, systems and processes across the business.
  • Management of the annual appraisal and remuneration review processes.


Skills and Experience

You will:

  • Be a passionate HR professional with experience in a Senior HR generalist role.
  • Be collaborative, pragmatic and highly organised.
  • Enjoy a hands-on operational role and have a passion for OD projects.
  • Have the ability to prioritise HR initiatives in line with the Firm’s strategic needs,
  • Be a true “people person” with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
