About the Role
AHI Carrier (NZ) Limited seeks a New Zealand-based leader to drive operations and impact the New Zealand market. Working with a team of divisional leaders across four business units in New Zealand, the General Manager will:
- Develop and execute key business strategies.
- Lead and grow a high performing team of approximately 60 staff.
- Identify growth and innovation opportunities.
- Oversee daily operations for efficiency and customer service.
Skills and Experience
- Tertiary qualifications in engineering or technology, plus commercial, financial or marketing qualifications.
- General Management experience in distribution and aftermarket businesses.
- HVAC Industry experience preferred.
- Strategic commercial growth/sales and marketing experience.
