About the role
Opportunity for a rising star to join our client’s Auckland-based specialist KiwiSaver team. You might already be a financial adviser, or work in professional services and aspire to be a financial adviser.
Providing financial advice and planning services to new and existing KiwiSaver clients, you will have a strong desire to help kiwis plan for and achieve a fully funded retirement, and a keen interest in investment markets and improving financial literacy. You will also be proactive and motivated to build a successful career as a financial adviser.

About you
To succeed in this role you will be/have:
- Track record – history of academic success and proven critical thinking skills.
- Professional – you are interpersonally confident and articulate.
- Suitable experience – be a financial adviser with experience in KiwiSaver, or experience in another professional services role (e.g. finance, law, accounting or similar).
- A people person and excellent communicator – whether by phone, email or face to face you are able to make our clients feel both welcome and heard, with a demonstrable ability to build long-term relationships.
- Diligent, organised and dynamic – you thrive on new and different tasks, taking ownership and initiative with the ability to work well individually.
- Growth mindset – a strong desire to grow your skills and ability and help people within your community. You will sustain a high level of personal productivity through your energy, motivation and resilience.
Responsibilities will include:
- Advising and servicing clients.
- Onboarding new clients.
- Conducting portfolio reviews.
- Educating and informing new and prospective clients of the merits of KiwiSaver and the services our client offers.
- Following our client’s risk management and compliance requirements.
