Mark is an authentic and inclusive leader with two decades of experience managing diverse professional teams. He excels in leading through change and transition, with a strong ability to enhance organisational performance, transform culture, and boost engagement to align with business strategy. Mark joins Central Hawke’s Bay District Council from the New Zealand Transport Agency Waka Kotahi, where he served as National Manager of Infrastructure Delivery.
