About the presenter:

Katy Anquetil is a recruitment thought leader with over 20 years’ experience in the industry, both domestically and globally. Her role as Executive Director, Wellington, is focused on partnering with clients in public and private sectors to appoint key talent. In addition, she supports firms with broader needs such as career and leadership coaching, succession planning, capability development, and organisational reviews.

At Sheffield, Katy has recruited at the Chief Executive, executive leadership and governance levels across local government, central government, private and not-for-profit sectors. In addition, she has facilitated and led board evaluation and CEO review processes, as well as numerous non-executive director appointments.

Katy has had the opportunity to coach many senior executives around their own leadership strategies and behaviour development and in the identification and development of high performing teams and organisations.
