Nicola Young is the Digital/ Marketing Communications and Project Coordinator for Sheffield. Based in Christchurch, she joined the Sheffield team in 2005.
Business Experience
As the Digital/ Marketing Communications and Project Coordinator, Nicola plays an integral part of all our Search and Selection assignments. She is responsible for the timely and accurate placement of all client advertising across a range of digital channels.
In addition to this, she assists the South Island team with their Digital Marketing and Communications and supports the Project Coordinator team in the Christchurch Office.
Nicola originally joined the Christchurch Office in 2005 as Personal Assistant to the Executive Director. After leaving to start a family in 2008, Nicola re-joined us on a part-time basis in 2012. She enjoys the variety of her role and both the regular client and candidate contact.
Outside of work, Nicola works casually with St John as an Emergency Medical Technician, having gained her National Diploma in Ambulance Practice in 2025.
