Lisa has worked with Sheffield since 2016 and focuses primarily on Leadership Assessment and Development.

Business Experience

Lisa works with the Leadership Development practice in the North Island. She is a skilled facilitator with the ability to quickly build and sustain trusting relationships with participants in a workshop setting. Her passion for digital and technology-based solutions, combined with her commitment to best practice leadership, means Lisa is highly skilled in the design and delivery of customised and cutting-edge development programmes. 

Her key areas of focus include leadership development, leadership assessment and  team development sessions.

During Lisa’s time with Sheffield, she has worked closely with a broad range of organisations across many sectors including agriculture, healthcare, sport, local and central government and the private sector. Her focus is on shaping and framing leadership programmes to equip and enable leaders to take charge of their own development and thrive in the face of change.

In her spare time, you will find Lisa officiating weddings or spending time with friends and family.
