Jane Cotter is a seasoned recruitment and project coordination professional with a career of experience across New Zealand, Australia, and the UK. Having worked in executive search, healthcare, and medical recruitment, she brings a wealth of expertise across multiple sectors including engineering, health, not-for-profit and education. Jane has played a key role in placing senior executives and professionals into high-impact roles, consistently delivering exceptional service and outcomes. 

Supporting executive recruitment and leadership development, Jane provides consultant, client, and candidate support with a focus on integrity, detail, and relationship-building. Prior to joining Sheffield, she held roles as EA, HR Assistant, Recruitment Consultant, and Team Leader, always driven by a passion for helping organisations appoint outstanding talent. Outside of work, Jane is an avid traveller, always planning her next adventure - whether it's an outdoor escape or exploring a vibrant city.
