Jane has played a key role in placing senior executives and professionals into high-impact roles, consistently delivering exceptional service and outcomes.
Supporting executive recruitment and leadership development, Jane provides consultant, client, and candidate support with a focus on integrity, detail, and relationship-building. Prior to joining Sheffield, she held roles as EA, HR Assistant, Recruitment Consultant, and Team Leader, always driven by a passion for helping organisations appoint outstanding talent.
