Janet is an Organisational Coach possessing some 20 years’ experience working in the Leadership Development space. She has worked directly with a variety of Boards, Chief Executives and senior leaders across a range of industries, from public sector through to IT.
Business Experience
Janet worked at Sheffield for 13 years in the late 90s as a Principle Consultant. Since then she has exceled as a Leadership Development Coach working closely with senior public sector leaders in the area of Assessment and 360º feedback and development planning, soft skills coaching and career strategy. She returns to Sheffield as an Associate working in the Organisational Development space.
Janet specialises in coaching leaders at every level; designing and delivering leadership development programmes; leadership assessment, feedback and development planning; career planning and transition; developing change skills in leaders and team members; and team profiling and building effectiveness.
Janet draws on her management and marketing experience from nine years with IBM in sales, product management and management roles. As a manager she was involved in a number of major company reorganisations, working directly with affected staff members as well as providing guidance and policy advice to the Human Resources function.
