Steffan has over 20 years' experience in HR, Leadership Development, Organisational Development, Executive Recruitment and Change Management.
He has worked in senior roles at organisations like ASB, where he was General Manager Human Resources and General Manager Learning & Development and has experience as a National Business Development Manager in the software industry.
In the last seven years, he has worked as a consultant at all levels from the Board down, enabling businesses to improve their performance and address their key people needs.
Throughout this time, Steffan has worked extensively in the Change space, supporting a wide range of organisations through organisational redesign and restructuring reviews, both strategically and with a focus on coaching managers to support the implementation of change initiatives.
On the weekends, Steffan spends time with his wife and 3 kids and enjoys tramping in the snow, with his son alongside him (he does a great job at carrying the heavy stuff). Steffan also enjoys cycling around the waterfront.
