Business Experience

Emma has solid experience in the executive talent search space, having previously worked in London as a Research Associate with an international search firm predominantly on NED and Governance roles. Prior to this, she worked as an Analyst for world recognised management consultancy McKinsey & Co.

Having worked remotely for a number of years for a US based software and consulting company conducting analysis of global labour market and workforce trends, Emma is delighted to have returned to the executive search arena. She brings very strong analytical and research skills, and a high attention to detail.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys spending time with her family, reading and discovering all the exciting new attractions and activities that Christchurch offers.
