What expertise do you bring to Sheffield?

My professional background is 20+ years' experience in HR and LD leadership roles help organisations align their people strategies, projects, and services with business strategy. I have also worked as a National BDM for an innovative HR software company and contract CEO in the software industry. In the 7 years prior to Sheffield, I ran my own consultancy providing a broad range of HR and Change Management support to a wide range of industries.

Why did you choose to join Sheffield?

What attracted me to Sheffield is the friendly down-to-earth people, expertise, quality clients, national coverage, and access to resources and partners like DDI who are international leaders in the Leadership Development field. Who wouldn’t want that kind of backing when supporting clients with their people challenges?

Where is your favourite place in New Zealand, and why?

My favourite place in New Zealand is Taupō. My parents live there. I have many happy memories of family get-togethers, the Taupō Cycling challenge, going to the spa for a soak after a hard days tramping, golf or skiing, swimming and staying in a bach on the lake.
