Leadership Kickstart

The Leadership Kickstart Programme focuses on the essential skills for people new to leadership. From authentic self leadership, to being a leader who inspires and motivates others, the programme provides targeted development that is directly relevant to business requirements.

The wholistic format combines assessment, learning workshops, mini projects, coaching and peer network support.

Transitions into leadership are fraught with challenges which are amplified if the new leader is not prepared. This has been proven through practical experience, and research by DDI.
