The Leadership Kickstart Programme focuses on the essential skills for people new to leadership. From authentic self leadership, to being a leader who inspires and motivates others, the programme provides targeted development that is directly relevant to business requirements.

The wholistic format combines assessment, learning workshops, mini projects, coaching and peer network support.
