Reporting to the Property and Facilities Maintenance Manager, the Senior Advisor is responsible for the overall leadership, management of operations and strategic maintenance of the Kāpiti Coast District’s property assets and facilities.

Preferred candidates will be experienced in property management and maintenance, including asset management, capital works programmes, and commercial and residential leasing.

You will be skilled in trades or construction project management, and will have a thorough knowledge of central government legislation relevant to property, facilities maintenance and buildings.
