We're NZ-owned, operating nationally and expanding into the Pacific, whilst investing in AI and digital platforms through our in-house development team.
The Role
We seek a Chair to lead our Board through our next phase of digital transformation and strategic growth. The position follows the planned departure of our current Chair in early 2026.
The role requires approximately 1-1.5 days per month and is offered on a three-year term, renewable once (maximum six years). An annual director's fee is provided.
What We Need
Following a comprehensive board review and capability assessment, we seek candidates with the following competencies:
- Strategic capability in digital transformation, AI and technology-enabled growth
- Understanding of professional services business models and dynamics
- Commercial acumen, financial literacy, and investment or M&A experience
- Experience in or exposure to closely held business ownership structures
- Governance experience with readiness to step into a Chair role
- ICT, cyber security or digital platform experience
- Business development, market expansion capability, and government or public sector relationships
- Collaborative leadership style with ability to challenge constructively
