Hot topics included 'Smashing the Mould' and 'What women want from their workplaces and how do they get it', as well as the role that policies play in promoting gender equality and diversity, challenges and opportunities for the next generation of female leaders and the importance of flexible working for women.

It was a wonderful opportunity for Louise to share her practical insights and experience about women on boards and in senior roles and the challenges they face.  She was joined by panellists including Alexia Hilbertidou and Anna Johnstone  - Abby Foote, Deanna Anderson, Philippa Jones, Suki Xiao, Alexia Hilbertidou - Suran Dickson, Louise Green, Powrsuit (Nat Ferguson), and Justin Watson.
