Sara comes to NZ Young Farmers from the Canterbury Cricket Association where she was previously Head of Operations and Experience.

Sara brings sound experience with members, volunteers and clubs. She loves to learn, develop others and has managed complex stakeholder relationship groups. Collaborating with stakeholders and building relationships with people to increase engagement is a strength of hers and Sara will bring all this experience to the position.
