A qualified civil engineer, Gareth is currently Acting CEO Citycare Water and prior to this was at Downer New Zealand in several senior infrastructure and construction positions. His earlier career was in Project Management at Fulton Hogan Australia and New Zealand. Gareth is an inspiring leader who builds collaborative relationships and a positive culture, and brings clear strengths with project governance, commercial and financial acumen across diverse commercial environments.
