Sharon comes to Synlait from ESR where she has been leading Health, Safety and Wellbeing since 2021. Prior to this she was Group Head of Health, Safety & Wellbeing at Trojan Holdings Limited, and National Health & Safety Manager at Ravensdown. Sharon is an accomplished and deeply experienced Health and Safety leader and a commercially aware professional with over 20 years’ experience as a successful leader in large, complex, high-risk global organisations.
