Dinesh is an experienced engineer and project manager who has previously worked with Grey District Council and is keen to return to the region. He has strong people leadership and experience with both local and central government, particularly in transport and infrastructure. Dinesh has also worked across various infrastructure areas, including transportation, wastewater, stormwater, water, waste management, buildings, civil, geotechnical, bridges, ports, airports, and energy.

Dinesh is an accomplished senior leader in civil engineering, project management, and infrastructure services, bringing over a decade of experience in project delivery, asset and contract management, financial oversight, and engineering leadership.

His career has spanned the local government, consulting, contracting, and education sectors, equipping him with the broad perspective and adaptability required to thrive in complex public sector environments.
