Simon will lead the Canterbury branch, a strategically important region for Calder Stewart, with responsibility for teams across estimating, quantity surveying, project management, site management and operations.

Simon joins Calder Stewart from Dominion Constructors Limited, where he is Divisional Manager South Island. His early career began in the family electrical contracting business, delivering large scale residential and commercial projects for major UK construction firms. Over the past three decades he has progressed through increasingly senior leadership roles, leading large teams, complex construction portfolios and business operations across both New Zealand and the United Kingdom.

He is recognised for his collaborative leadership style, strong commercial acumen and ability to build high-performing teams, cultures and enduring client relationships.
