With a deep understanding of non-government and social services sectors, including in health, Penny has a high profile in this sector which was highlighted post-earthquake when she worked closely with various government agencies. Penny’s previous role was as the Social Services Manager for the Christchurch City Mission.

A strategic thinker Penny is capable of innovative and creative approaches within the NGO sector constraints. She is looking forward to supporting the board with stability and innovation, as well as the Nova Trust team.
