Returning home to Christchurch after leading the people function for Cardrona Treble Cone in Wānaka, Ruth previously was Chief People Officer for Farmlands Cooperative. She is a seasoned executive leader with broad sector experience in OD, people leadership as well as health, safety and wellbeing and change and transformation leadership.
