We are looking to appoint a Chief Executive to lead the realisation of the organisation’s strategic goals balanced with managing an engaged, and able workforce. This role will work in collaboration with other leaders within the Skills Active Group and key stakeholders to deliver operational objectives, and pursue new business opportunities. The CE will lead through influence and partnership, fostering positive relationships at both governance and operational levels to ensure an engaged team culture that aligns fully with SATMA’s values.
Strong candidates for this role will ideally be experienced in empathetically leading educational delivery, with proven expertise nurturing an enthusiastic, committed group of professionals. As such, a collegial and collaborative management style is vital to the success in this role. We are seeking thought leadership balanced with a recognised understanding of issues within a wider business context. Experience reporting to a board and leading a Senior Management Team would also be highly beneficial.
