Skills and Experience

Answer Services NZ Limited seeks to strengthen its governance by appointing an Independent Chairperson to help facilitate the organisation’s future growth and transformation across a rapidly evolving IT and Telecommunications industry. Skills sought collectively include:

  • in depth senior executive leadership experience guiding a highly innovative technology business, balanced with an appropriate exposure to, and understanding of, the governance function;
  • a broad background in, and understanding of, emerging technologies, trends, and ‘best practices’ across the IT, Telecommunications, or Technology industry;
  • current experience across digital transformation, AI integration, and cloud-based software;
  • a highly collaborative ‘influencing’ style.
