We have a key opportunity for an experienced and highly relationship-driven Administration Manager to join our team.

 

He angitūtanga | The opportunity

As our Administration Manager, you’ll have a critical role in our firm.  You’ll lead the reception, legal secretary and general administration teams across our three offices, providing exceptional oversight and support to this wonderful group of people, ensuring that they’re aligned with and deliver in accordance with the Firm’s strategy.  Reporting to, and working closely with our Manager People, Brand, and Administration, you will:

  • Provide day-to-day leadership to our Legal Secretaries, Receptionists and Administrators
  • Ensure the quality management and continuous improvement of each of your teams, including the processes involved in their roles
  • Have responsibility for aligning AML administration processes and procedures to our policy and compliance requirements
  • Have responsibility for the client management database, ensuring quality controls and integrity of data
  • Support the development, implementation and day-to-day administration of the Health, Safety and Wellbeing strategy and policy
  • Provide outstanding HR administration and coordination across the employee life cycle
  • Contribute to the positive, empowering and connected culture of leadership in our Firm

This is a full-time role, Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm (37.5 hours per week).  The position is based in our Christchurch office and will also have a regular presence in our Kaiapoi and Greymouth offices.

 

He kōrero mōu | About you

You’ll have had previous experience in an Administration Manager position, preferably in a professional services environment, and a tertiary qualification relevant to this is highly desirable. 

You’ll be experienced in working with CRM systems, managing data integrity, and identifying and implementing process and system improvements.  Alongside this, ideally, you will also have had experience working in the HR administration and coordination space and have a sound understanding of the employee life cycle.
