Why Swell & Why Now?
Swell exists to enable innovative Kiwi businesses to access government funding to accelerate their research, development and growth.
Many businesses struggle to access the significant funding available because they don’t know what’s out there, whether they’re eligible, or how to navigate the complex application process. That’s where we come in—simplifying the application journey from awareness to funding received and everything in between.
With extensive international experience in this niche, we’ve created a best-in-class consulting model that combines global best practices with local expertise. We deliver exceptional results that help our clients extend cash flow, invest in new technologies, drive export revenue, and hire the talent they need to grow.
We’re growing rapidly, constantly improving to operate more efficiently and deliver New Zealand’s best customer experience. At the same time, we foster leadership, autonomy, and ownership within our team, encouraging balance in their busy lives.
At Swell, we move fast, think big, and thrive on making a real impact for our clients and the innovation ecosystem.
We’re a small and highly motivated team who love to move quickly and get stuff done!
