As we navigate a rapidly evolving healthcare environment, we are seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer to further our commitment to provide exceptional care for our residents and their families.
The CEO will embody the values of Elizabeth Knox whilst working with the Board of Trustees, senior management, staff, and key external stakeholders as we seek to realise our strategic direction, strengthen our reputation, and enhance services to our community.
The CEO will have the opportunity to shape the future of Elizabeth Knox, ensuring the long-term sustainability of the organisation while delivering the highest standards of care for our residents. They will oversee day-to-day operations, financial performance, and organisational culture, fostering a collaborative, positive environment for both staff and residents.
He Kōrero Mōu | About You
This role will suit an experienced CEO with, ideally, a background in healthcare, aged care, or a related sector. You will possess the vision and operational expertise required to guide our organisation as it continues to grow and evolve in a competitive, regulated environment.
Vital to success will be your ability to balance day-to-day operational excellence with long-term strategic planning. This balance requires a deep understanding of financial stewardship, governance, and the delivery of both long and short-term organisational goals.
Importantly, a deep commitment to person-centred care, the principles of equity and inclusion, and a compassionate and empathetic approach to leadership, will all be hallmarks of success in this role.
