About the Role

This is a great opportunity for those looking to establish a career in the financial services sector to join our client’s Auckland-based Client Advisory team. 

 You will work alongside highly experienced financial advisers in a dynamic and growing firm that is focussed on collaboration, innovation and the ongoing development of their team.

 With over 35 years of managing Kiwi’s wealth the business is independently owned with a nationwide team of investment, advice, technology and client services professionals.  

Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the business’s advisory, onboarding, and rebalancing processes, as well as helping administer business development activities. 
  • Drafting financial plans for new and existing Private Wealth clients using market-leading software. 
  • Communicating with clients, responding to client queries, and preparing reports. 
  • Assisting financial advisers in managing workflows and preparing meeting agendas. 

 

Skills and Experience

You may have studied finance, accounting or economics and have a natural affinity for numbers with experience in a professional services environment. Paraplanning experience would be ideal but not essential.

 Key attributes sought include effective organisational and communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
