About The Role:
ODENZ is seeking an International Student Marketing and Recruitment Manager to drive student recruitment efforts, increase student enrolments and enhance their network of partner schools within NZ and agents worldwide.
The position is a part-time independent contract role, initially for a 19-month period from 3 June 2025 to 31 December 2026. It is expected that the hours of work will be between 20-25 hours per week.
The role is responsible for marketing the opportunity internationally, planning and executing international marketing tours to achieve student recruitment goals, enhancing recruitment systems and undertaking projects for the Board of Directors. Key to success is the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with schools, agents, and students while ensuring compliance and confidentiality. ODENZ is looking to grow both student numbers and identify new agent opportunities, with a focus on European markets.

Skills and Experience:
- Ideally a Tertiary qualification in Marketing, International Student Education and/or Business Management.
- A proven track record of success in the areas of Marketing, International Student Education and/or Business Management.
- A proven record that demonstrates high quality administration, organisation and interpersonal skills.
- A track record of success in growing business.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and relate with a range of people, building rapport and relationships.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
- Self-driven and able to work independently, with drive, enthusiasm and initiative
- Creative and forward thinking, identifying improvements and innovative solutions to problems
- Strong IT skills, including knowledge of Excel, website, Facebook and Instagram administration
- Innovative approach to marketing strategies including skills in online and social media marketing
- Fluency in English and some European languages, particularly German.
A knowledge of international education markets would be an advantage.
