Alpine Energy appoint three new Directors

Sheffield South Island greatly enjoyed working again with the Shareholders that own Alpine Energy – Timaru District Holdings, Lines Trust South Canterbury, McKenzie District Council and Waimate District Council for the appointment of three new Directors onto their Board.

Congratulations to Albert Brantley, Stephen Lewis and Tony King on your appointments to the Board.

Albert Brantley brings extensive commercial experience having built and commissioned power stations, setting up operating systems and operating teams.  He also has extensive executive leadership from his time as Chief Executive of Genesis Energy.

Stephen Lewis has seasoned governance experience over 18 years as Chair and on various Board committees. Stephen has extensive knowledge and networks across the energy sector in NZ, the US and UK.

Tony King, has been heavily involved in the energy sector and worked closely with networks over his career. He has strong commercial governance experience, often with a public ownership element.  He has led organisational transformation projects and reshaping when he was COO for Solid Energy.

Wishing all three directors congratulations as they settle into their respective roles on the Board of Alpine Energy.
