Sheffield recently partnered with MARS Bioimaging in their search for a new Chief Executive and we are proud to announce that Mark Figgitt will join MARS in this capacity, effective 1st November.
MARS Bioimaging (MBI) is poised to become a fast-growing company moving from a research-led environment to a commercially focussed manufacturing environment. This new CE position has a clear mandate to realise the growth potential for MBI to become a global manufacturing business.
Mark comes to the role from HealthStream Australia and NZ where he was Executive Director, and previously as Director of Product Development. His prior career at Airways, Arc Innovations, Meridian and Telecom indicates Mark is well placed to make a big contribution at MARS Bioimaging. He is an ex-Engineer with sound management skills, a passion to develop people, strong international connections in the health sector and a solid track record of product and technology commercialisation.
