Matt joins CRFU from Golf New Zealand where he was the General Manager Commercial. He is passionate about the world of commercial and marketing within sport and brings extensive experience working across a range of sports including tennis and netball, delivering effective commercial solutions.

Matt brings to the role 10 years of experience working across commercial strategy, marketing and sponsorship, in New Zealand, Australia, UK and European markets, and enjoys the challenge of developing partnerships that drive mutually beneficial value for both rights’ holder and commercial partners alike. Amongst other things, Matt has worked closely with the family of partners at Golf NZ, to develop and execute highly successful digital marketing campaigns.
