The Need
Harrison Grierson is a leading engineering and design consultancy operating throughout New Zealand, Australia and the South Pacific.

The company had long-established systems that had served it well, but were in need of reinvention in the context of a new economic and competitive landscape. A new Managing Director appointed in 2012 focused first on changes to the ownership structure, the brand and company values, and improved business systems and technologies.

Next, with the current HR manager going on parental leave, there was an opportunity on an interim basis to bring in new skills to develop the People Strategy.
The Team
Glen Cornelius – Managing Director of Harrison Grierson.

Sharon Ward-Duncan – Senior Consultant with Sheffield and lead of the Interim Management practice.
