  • Newly created role
  • Bring the marketing strategy to life
  • Growing company

About the Company:

Swell exists to enable innovative Kiwi businesses to access government funding to accelerate their research, development and growth.

The NZ government spends over $1B a year supporting Aotearoa’s innovation ecosystem but only 20% of eligible businesses are accessing the funding that they’re entitled to.  Why?  Many don’t know that the funding exists, understand whether they’re eligible or how to successfully apply.  It is a complex landscape that can be hard for business leaders to navigate on their own.

Swell helps  fast growing SME’s to unlock many forms of innovation funding which enables these companies to extend their cash-flow runway, invest in new capital, increase export revenue, stay ahead of the competition and hire amazing talent to take their businesses to the next level.

We’re a small and highly motivated team who love to move quickly and get stuff done!
