Reporting to the Provost, the Amo Aronui / Dean will guide the Faculty’s strategic vision and foster excellence in research, teaching, and civic engagement.

You’ll proactively shape the development of the Faculty’s vision, strategy and implementation pathways across all academic activities. You’ll champion a safe and inclusive culture that enables everyone to thrive. Your expertise will be key in nurturing stakeholder relations, and you will uphold a commitment to Tiriti o Waitangi / Treaty of Waitangi. 

As an established academic with a proven track record in leadership within dynamic environments, you’ll possess a PhD in a pertinent discipline, demonstrate outstanding academic achievements, and exhibit strong strategic and financial acumen. Your exceptional skills in advocacy and communication, coupled with a passion for teamwork, are essential.
